This commercial policy describes discretionary or contractually offered refunds for products and services invoiced directly by Delice Automatics Ltd. It is not a universal 30-day money-back guarantee for all products on this website.
This policy applies only where Delice Automatics Ltd is the seller on your invoice or order confirmation. It does not apply to purchases billed solely by Pyramid Software or third parties, or to free trials unless expressly stated.
Commercial refund eligibility depends on the product, edition, and written terms in your quote, invoice, or contract. Some Delice or represented RA Workshop editions may include a stated money-back period in those documents. No refund is promised unless that specific commercial term applies to your purchase.
Email service@delice.bg with your invoice reference and the commercial refund term you rely on. Delice will confirm whether your purchase qualifies and what evidence is required (for example deactivation or non-use).
Approved commercial refunds are processed without undue delay and, where possible, within 5 business days to the original payment method.
Custom professional services (database builds, machine commissioning, delivered hourly support) are non-refundable once work has started unless your contract states otherwise. Statutory consumer withdrawal and conformity rights are described in the Consumer Notice.
Where RA Workshop is licensed directly under Pyramid Software terms, Pyramid's contractual terms prevail. Delice processes commercial refunds only for transactions it invoices as official representative and only within the stated commercial terms for that transaction.
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights, including the 14-day withdrawal right where applicable or remedies for non-conforming digital content.
