This notice describes RaConnect MicroAPI as Delice Automatics Ltd's integration platform — installers, cloud admin, CNC export, and API access — and how organisational administrators control each capability. It also covers what data may be processed during authorised integration or support sessions.
This notice applies to RaConnect MicroAPI agents, MicroAPI endpoints, installers obtained from Delice distribution channels, and any integration or support session initiated through those tools for setup, diagnostics, cloud admin, CNC export, API access, or authorised integrations with Delice or customer systems.
Installing RaConnect or a MicroAPI agent does not by itself grant Delice or any support provider remote access to your systems. All remote-support and integration capabilities are disabled by default after installation. A separate grant by your organisation's administrator is required before any capability described below can be used. The administrator must confirm they have authority to permit the requested access on the affected systems and users.
When explicitly enabled by your organisation's administrator, RaConnect may collect device identifiers, connection status, version information, and error reports needed to monitor agent health and service availability. This capability does not include screen viewing, file access, or database operations unless those separate capabilities are also enabled.
When explicitly enabled by your organisation's administrator, authorised support personnel may view the connected Windows desktop or application windows during an active, supervised session for the stated support purpose. Screen access requires a live session and does not operate silently in the background.
When explicitly enabled by your organisation's administrator, authorised support personnel may send or receive files through RaConnect during an active session—for example diagnostic logs, patches, or files you explicitly request to share. Transfers are limited to the active session context.
When explicitly enabled by your organisation's administrator, authorised support personnel may execute read-only database queries or exports through configured MicroAPI endpoints for diagnostics and support. This capability does not modify data unless database modify capability is separately enabled.
When explicitly enabled by your organisation's administrator, authorised support personnel may execute write operations on connected databases through configured MicroAPI endpoints. This is a high-privilege capability intended only for supervised maintenance or corrections you explicitly authorise.
When explicitly enabled by your organisation's administrator, authorised support personnel may run approved diagnostic or maintenance commands on the connected endpoint through RaConnect or MicroAPI. Commands are restricted to the approved command set configured for your environment.
When explicitly enabled by your organisation's administrator, RaConnect agents may receive and apply software updates, patches, or configuration changes delivered by Delice through the update channel. You may disable this capability if your organisation manages updates locally.
Depending on configuration and which capabilities are enabled, RaConnect may process device identifiers, session metadata, connection logs, error reports, and files you explicitly share during a session. Personal data is handled according to the Delice Privacy Notice. Do not expose credentials or unrelated personal data during a session unless necessary.
Delice uses access controls, encrypted transport where supported, session logging, and staff confidentiality obligations appropriate to the service. You are responsible for securing endpoints, user accounts, and network access on your side.
You must install software only from authorised Delice sources, supervise active remote sessions, revoke enabled capabilities when no longer needed, maintain backups, and ensure your administrator has authority to permit access on the affected systems.
RaConnect and MicroAPI are developed and operated by Delice Automatics Ltd. They are not developed, operated, or warranted by Pyramid Software SRL or RA Workshop. Enabling RaConnect does not change Pyramid's licence terms for RA Workshop.
Delice aims to maintain reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance windows, network issues, or third-party dependencies may affect connectivity.
You may uninstall RaConnect at any time. Delice may suspend access for security reasons, non-payment, or breach of applicable terms. Session logs may be retained as described in the Privacy Notice.
