This policy explains how Delice Automatics Ltd uses cookies and similar technologies on raworkshop.bg and how you can manage your choices.
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Similar technologies include local storage entries used to remember preferences.
Current technologies on raworkshop.bg: • user-language — cookie — language preference — strictly necessary • nextjs-theme — local storage — light/dark theme — strictly necessary • raworkshop_consent_v1 — local storage — your cookie choices — strictly necessary • raw-lead-prefill — local storage — optional form convenience — functional (consent-gated; see below) • raw_exp_* — cookie — A/B experiment assignment when an approved multi-variant experiment is active — functional (consent-gated; not issued by the current control-only harness; see below) • Session/authentication cookies — cookie — protected areas if you log in — strictly necessary • Microsoft Clarity cookies (_clck, _clsk, CLID, ANONCHK, MR, MUID, SM) — third-party — analytics/heatmaps — analytics (consent required; typical retention up to 13 months per Microsoft FAQ) • Google Analytics 4 (gtag.js / _ga*) — third-party — aggregate measurement of public-site usage after Analytics consent — analytics (consent required; Basic Consent Mode; no advertising storage or personalisation enabled by Delice on this site) • First-party /api/client-errors telemetry — network request — sampled performance/error events — analytics (consent required)
user-language, nextjs-theme, raworkshop_consent_v1, and authentication/session cookies where applicable are required for core site operation, language, and consent records. They are not disabled through our banner.
raw-lead-prefill in local storage remembers optional form fields you already entered so you do not retype them. raw_exp_* cookies remember an assigned A/B test variant when an approved multi-variant experiment requires sticky assignment. Both are functional, not strictly necessary, and are never set before you consent to the Functional category. The current control-only harness does not issue an experiment cookie. You may clear any legacy raw_exp_* values via browser controls or by withdrawing Functional consent. Legal/DPO review required for this wording.
If you consent to Analytics, we may load Google Analytics 4 (gtag.js) and Microsoft Clarity, and may send sampled client performance/error events (Web Vitals, JavaScript errors with navigation breadcrumbs) to our EU-hosted /api/client-errors endpoint. These tools are used for aggregate measurement and UX diagnostics on the public marketing site. No analytics tools load or transmit data before you opt in through the cookie banner or Cookie settings control. Delice uses Basic Consent Mode only: there are no Advanced Consent Mode cookieless pings before consent, and advertising storage, advertising user data, and advertising personalisation are not enabled for this site. Browser analytics events use a closed, non-PII property set. They must not include names, emails, telephone numbers, free text, tenant IDs, customer IDs, booking IDs, or lead IDs. UTM values used for CRM attribution are not copied into unrestricted analytics event properties. Withdrawing Analytics consent through Cookie settings stops future analytics collection and tears down the analytics scripts according to the site implementation. Necessary cookies and preferences remain available. For Clarity, Delice configures the service and obtains your consent before loading. Under Microsoft Clarity Terms §4.4, Microsoft may act as an independent controller for certain Clarity processing; Delice remains responsible for consent and configuration on this site. For Google Analytics 4, Google processes measurement data as described in Google’s documentation and terms applicable to GA4.
Marketing or remarketing cookies are not in active use on raworkshop.bg. If introduced later, they will be listed here and will not be set without your consent.
Use the cookie banner or the persistent Cookie settings link in the site footer / legal pages to accept or reject non-essential categories. You can also clear cookies and local storage in your browser settings. Withdrawing consent does not affect lawfulness of prior processing.
