This notice provides mandatory consumer information for distance contracts involving digital content or digital services supplied by Delice Automatics Ltd to consumers in the EU/EEA.
Scope
This notice applies to consumers purchasing digital content or digital services online from Delice Automatics Ltd, including subscriptions to Delice software and related digital deliverables invoiced by Delice. It does not replace Pyramid Software terms for RA Workshop licences sold under Pyramid's contract.
Digital content and conformity
Digital products must conform to the contract and applicable statutory requirements for digital content and digital services. Conformity includes providing access credentials, downloads, or activation described in your order confirmation and keeping you informed of compatibility and security requirements stated at purchase.
Updates and remedies
Where conformity is lacking, you have statutory remedies (repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination) under applicable consumer law. Delice will provide necessary updates for digital content it supplies where required by law or your contract.
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving reasons, unless an exception applies below.
Early performance and loss of withdrawal right
For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal is lost if:
(a) performance has begun with your prior express consent to start before the withdrawal period ends; and
(b) you acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins.
Delice will obtain this consent through a clear affirmative action separate from the general terms acceptance, before supplying download links, activation keys, or account access.

How to withdraw
Send a clear statement to service@delice.bg or a.petrov@delice.bg within the withdrawal period, including your name, order reference, and request to withdraw. You may use the model form above or any other unequivocal statement.
Refunds after withdrawal
If withdrawal is valid, Delice will reimburse payments without undue delay and within 14 days using the original payment method unless you agree otherwise. Delice may withhold reimbursement until it receives evidence that digital access has ceased where applicable.
Commercial guarantees separate from withdrawal
Any commercial refund or money-back terms offered by Delice for eligible Delice-invoiced products are described on the Refund Policy page and do not limit statutory withdrawal or conformity rights.
