What does the commercial refund policy really mean?

For eligible Delice-invoiced purchases where your invoice or quote includes a stated commercial refund term, email us within that period. Scope, evidence, and exclusions are in our Refund Policy — this is not a universal guarantee on every product listed on the website.

Do prices include VAT?

All prices are net of VAT. Bulgarian VAT (20%) is added to invoices for non-VAT-registered EU buyers. VAT-registered EU customers pay zero VAT (reverse charge).

How long does it take to be production-ready?

Typically 2–4 weeks from sharing your supplier catalogues until you're quoting and cutting in production. We do the heavy lifting.

Can I import my own profile system if it's not in your library?

Yes. We add 1–2 new profile systems every month at the request of subscribers, free of charge as part of your Professional subscription.

Do my dealers need their own licences?

Yes — typically Express, with restricted access to your real cost prices. Contact us to plan dealer-network licensing for your setup.

What support channels are included?

Phone, email, screen sharing via TeamViewer, and on-site visits when needed. We support customers across multiple time zones — there is always someone reachable.

Will you train my team?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Initial onboarding includes free training sessions for your estimators and shop-floor operators. Additional sessions are €60 / hour.

Question 9

Can my CNC machine be integrated?

Accepted Answer

Each machine requires an individual technical assessment of controller and interface access and available documentation. A custom driver may be required, and integration may be technically impossible.
